Sarah Allen

Sarah Senguo Allen is a legal professional with 10 plus years of experience gained across a wide range of industry sectors including agriculture, oil and gas, financial services, manufacturing, mining, construction and infrastructure, health and pharmaceuticals, tourism and hospitality, real estate, wholesale and retail trade, engineering, logistics, shipping and many more.

She currently serves as Assistant Manager and Head of the Legal Department at Baker Tilly Tanzania, where she plays a key role in providing legal advisory and corporate secretarial services to both local and international clients. Sarah is an Advocate of the High Court of Tanzania and courts subordinate thereto, and is a registered member of the Tanganyika Law Society and the East Africa Law Society.

Sarah holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL. B) (Hons) and a Post Graduate Diploma in Legal Practice, equipping her with a strong foundation in legal analysis, statutory interpretation, and practical application of the law. Since joining Baker Tilly in 2017, she has built significant expertise in corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and statutory filings, supporting entities throughout their entire corporate lifecycle from incorporation and licensing, through ongoing compliance and restructuring.

Her professional experience includes advising on corporate, labour and employment matters, tax-related legal issues, and dispute resolution. She is particularly recognized for her ability to manage complex compliance requirements, ensure adherence to regulatory frameworks, and implement best practices and governance.
